After almost completing my own 12 week plan with an online PT and umming and ahhing about it for almost 5 months, I have decided to enroll in a Personal Training course.
First of all, I feel that it is important to note that I do not view my “12 week plan” as just a 12 week plan, but rather a kick start for myself to get in the best shape, learn more about my own body and nutrition and create healthy habits that I can continue on after my plan has finished.
Health and fitness has been a passion of mine for at least 2 years and I have taken the first step into hoping to help other people become healthier and happier.
I start my course in January and whilst I’m scared, I’m also so excited. A lot of what I want to write about is health and fitness and to date, it has very much been about my own experiences which can’t always help other people. I want to share content based on my experiences but also that is factually correct and can make a healthy difference to people’s lives in a safe and responsible manner.
Thanks for reading things so far, obviously I’ll still be posting the odd own experiences over the next few months and I’m really looking forward (and absolutely petrified) to share my 12 week transformation photos in 2 weeks time!
